Back in the game

Hello ShadowBane Kinmates and Happy New Year!

I have just recently updated my VIP subscription and purchased the Minas Morgul expansion.  I had taken advantage of the previous free areas to max out my main character (Theozen) and have just now finished leveling out my main alt (Theozean).

I am still well behind in understanding the LI legacies and have read some info that Gab linked to.  I cannot seem to find a good guide for creating a good DPS and Healing Runestone and Rune-Satchel.

I have also just started researching the new Reclamation of Minas Ithil and need to gain some rep.  

I looking forward to seeing everyone in the game.

Information overload on the LIs and Imbued LIs (ILIs).

I have looked at some of the Rune-Keeper legacies and I think these look good for a Lightning (Yellow line) Rune-Stone / Rune-Satchel

Lightning Rune-Stone:

Fury of Storm Damage

Fury of Storm Damage

Sustaining Bolt Damage

Vivid Imagery Damage

 

Lightning Rune-Satchel:

Ceaseless Argument Damage

Epic Conclusion Damage

Shocking Words Damage

Target Resist Rating (Shocking Touch)

Scribe's Spark Damage

Mending Verse Healing

Word of Exaltation Cooldown and Bubble Potency
