Request for crafting services for Minas Ithil Chisels

Is there someone available to craft me 2 Minas Ithil Chisels, 1 basic and 1 lightning version?  I have crafting materials to share.  This is for my main character, Theozen

I have plenty of minas ithil ingots as well as the bits of pure minas ithil ore for the crits.  I think that is all that is needed.
