The Fall Festival has started. As with other recent festivals, there are wrapper quests that reward with useful level cap items. Be sure you visit Rosa Hornblower, the Fall Festival Trader, at the Party Tree (29.8s, 71.6w) to pick up the overall, weekly, and daily wrapper quests before doing any of the individual quests so they count. You need to turn it in at the end of the day and pick up the daily quest the next day.
Rosa Hornblower is also in Wistmead at 70.6n 113.9w.

The overall and "weekly" (do the daily 4 times) quests have been disabled because of some problems. The daily quest A Spirited Harvest, to do 7 quests, is still available and rewards 5 Festival Tokens.
